Being

Re-divining your self and fine-tuning who you already are

Fine-Tuned Being offers concrete every-day practices that help you step out of genetically ingrained dis-empowerment and into your intuitive, resourceful, empowered, wise, youthful and joyous self. It helps you build a sense of safety within yourself and in the world. You bring the Divine and the vast invisible parts of yourself (back) into the equation, parts that you can trust and tap into at all times. You fine-tune various facets of your being which gradually unfolds into the magnificent master of your life that you truly are.

When your being is fine-tuned, you

  • MOVE with more stability and grace,

  • SEE more sharply and

  • BREATHE more deeply and evenly.

MOVING

Most of us spend our days in very few basic postures – seated, shoulders slouched, chin forward – and largely unaware of our bodies. Here we open up those parts of our bodies that are crunched by these limited, everyday positions, namely the hips, the shoulders and the lower back. When the body is free, the spirit can soar.Movement gives us the chance to expand beyond our comfort zones into our growth zones and embody the more powerful versions of ourselves.

SEEING

Glasses and difficulties seeing the world fully can lead to frustration and a feeling of dependence and powerlessness. The image we have of ourselves unable to see without glasses or as someone who fumbles, squints and hunches to see also creates a vicious circle that ends up locking poor vision into our eyes, our bodies and our very personalities. We all have it within us to improve our eyesight, to be clear-seeing masters of our vision and, consequently, of our lives. When clear vision becomes a path, it becomes our creation and our natural way of seeing. We teach ourselves to see with empowered eyes.

BREATHING

Pranayama, the use of various breathing techniques, channels and enhances vital energy – prana – and purifies the energy channels that feed our energetic bodies – nadis. Using breathwork techniques are the most efficient way of increasing the prana in us.The quality and amount of this vital energy has a direct effect on our digestion, sleep, stress levels, weight and our ability to concentrate as well as handle challenging situations. It also effects how present we are to others and ourselves.

MOVING

The movement involves yoga postures as well as various stretching and stabilizing postures.
We become aware of our feet to stand and move with solidity and grace. We anchor ourselves in our posture to feel how uprightness effects our state of mind and even our identity.
